I have pretty much come to the conclusions that people aren't always going to like what I have to say, so they don't have to read me.

I guess I didn't like the way I ended up getting riled up myself. Ranting about old people and idiots is one thing, but opening myself up to political debate is a whole 'nother.

I have some REALLY strong feelings about this election this year, more so than any other year - and I think that mostly its because I am finally at a point in my life when things like marriage and taxes are staring me in the face...and what happens economically over the next few years can have a drastic impact on my life. I work really, really hard (for a Democratic government, BTW) for the pennies that I make, and the prospect of having even that taken away is really frustrating. While I agree with the intention, I simply don't agree with the practical application.

So anyway, again - this was not an apology. I may or may not slip some wise cracks in every now and then when I feel like shit is unfair - to both sides.Meganhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05990443255665510164noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1754153629453622805.post-58414976961556607962008-09-06T08:52:00.000-07:002008-09-06T08:52:00.000-07:00I have but one soundbite for you: this is YOUR bl...I have but one soundbite for you: this is YOUR blog and you're entitled to write whatever you darn well please.

And I think I speak for just about everyone when I ask you to kindly keep doing so.
